Still in CA, sometimes us old folks don’t hear so good when a cyclist approaches and we walk out in front of them as they pass. Just the fact that there are so many accidents in which the person who causes it is found to be free of guilt. Makes me wonder if those who do not drive vehicles because of whatever the reason are considered to be second in priority to those who keep the big motor companies in operation.
