What does it mean?

I just got back from my walk and I have been thinking again. I have been thinking about lots of things, but because of my allergie pills I’m having a har time outtung two sengtences down and having thm make senxe to me I have to write but I don’t have anything to write vout yet plus I’m unsteady in my chair, as in about to fall out of it. So before I faceplant in my keybosrd agian I’m going to bed.
