Yep, it is another Bean and Rice day here at Casa de El Poeta, with 2/3 cup each of lentils, black beans, and small red beans slow cooked for about 4 hours, then seasoned and spiced and the evaporated water replaced and a cup of brown rice added and the combination allowed to cook for another 2 hours or so until the rice is cooked through. Yum!
